10/27/2021 James Latimer had opened up his house to Alan Martin after his house was raided and DHS took his kids. One of those children is Neveah Martin 11 years old. I have been helping Al get his kids back. I have hidden friends in DHS who are also cheering me on. I am going to post every EMAIL that I sent the Chief of Police Tim Dodge, every time Jimmy does these types of things to sabotage Alans progress and possibilities too getting his kids back. When Jimmy answers his phone he states, " Hjelle's Pool Hall". Hjelle is the last name of the Confidential Informant who impersonated *https://www.hg.org/legal-articles/falsely-impersonating-a-federal-officer-what-is-the-penalty-53754 as a Undercover Federal Agent for the North Iowa Drug Task Force after I found Alan's daughter Neveah. Why would this informant continue to send people in to sabotage Alan's ability to get his daughter back that someone already tried to take!??? The girls that took Neveah the first time, were connected to this Confidential Informant from the jump! So this same informant who took Neveah an 11 year old the 1st time, who is also the COUSIN OF FRANK HOUDEK THE HEAD THE NORTH CENTRAL IOWA NARCOTICS TASK FORCE, are sending other low level INFORMANTS in to jeaporadize Alan Martin, not just him we all get targeted and they do it to get away with their dope addictions, to take his daughter?????? Now I have been told the current head of DHS is FRANK HOUDEKS (head of task force) EX WIFE. So now we have a wife and two cousins manipulating the streets at FEDERAL LEVELS. HELLO FEDS!
